MY story

My life has always been surrounded by music, thanks to my family and especially  my parents.

Quickly enough I asked for a more academic discovery of the musical world and I enrolled to a French Departmental Conservatorium in piano and music theory.

I really started exploring the singing repertoire when I joined the choir of my high school, of which I became one of the soloists. I performed at the Grand Amphithéâtre de la Sorbonne in Paris, interpreting classical music such as Requiem from Mozart, Te Deum from Dvorak and choir parts from Verdi operas.

From there, I kept developing my singing skills through private lyrical singing lessons, master classes and choirs. I also appeared as a soloist at performances of Stabat Mater from Pergolesi, Gloria from Vivaldi and pieces from Offenbach. I started my conductor assisting experience then, being in charge of the rehearsing of the Altos’ part of my choirs.

Even though music was definitely part of my life, I integrated NEOMA Business School to graduate in Finance and Business Management in 2009. I stayed in touch with music as I got the leading female role of the Musical of my School and performed several concerts organized in Rouen in pop and jazz repertoire.

I moved to Australia in 2010 and joined the Sydney Philharmonia Choir, with which I performed at the Sydney Opera House.

In 2011, I joined the Sydney French Choir. Acting as chorister and soloist initially, after which I also took over the role of conductor assistant and built up my conducting experience.

After several years working in Finance, I was then looking to take a new turn in my career and to use my singing and conducting skills. It was then that I arrived in Zambia in 2013 and looked for various musical experiences, whether in classical, jazz or contemporary music. This is when it hit me that I could eventually do what I always wanted to do: devote myself to my passion for music. I therefore launched my first own choir, the Lusaka French Choir, along with beginning to teach kids and adults. I kept going along this path in Madagascar, in South Africa and in Colombia. I just kept on sharing my passion for music and promoting its access for all.

I took part in several opening nights of French events, solo and with my choirs and I also organised some not-for-profit concerts.

I have been lucky enough to discover many different musical styles from classical music learnt at the Conservatory to jazz, pop and local music from my adopting countries for the last ten years.

I want to make the most of this diversity to continue my projects and activities in Sweden, with you as an individual or a company and/or your children !
